Balance opposing forces - anger and patience, compassion and opposition. This precipice in history is calling on us to consider a difficult task, balancing these forces in our minds and hearts. So, I made a necklace about it.
I used red, symbolizing love and passion with blue for ease and flow.
The flowers symbolize spring joy.
Made from my lampwork glass beads and Java glass beads. Strung and knotted on waxed linen. It has two tiers, the top one sitting right below the collar bone. It is 19" in length, but the flowers are wide, making it sit higher than other 19" necklaces. The largest flower measures 1" in diameter.
