Some cultures use the symbol of the human skull for protection against illness and even good luck. In our modern culture, I think the skull symbolizes rebellion and the rejection of traditional norms.
This bracelet is made from my little handmade skull beads (and button) accented with orange white-hearts and tiny green seed beads, strung on Softflex beading wire.
7-1/4" long, for a medium wrist.
